1. What bloon is

bloon turns an idea you describe into a one-of-one building set. Our software (we call it the compiler) plans a model, writes the building steps, and lists the parts. Sets are assembled from genuine LEGO® elements that we buy from resellers and pack ourselves.

bloon is independent. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse bloon. We are not a LEGO Group product, partner, or store.

bloon is operated by bloon (the “company”, “we”, “us”). Where the company is registered and how to reach us is in section 12.

2. Designs are drafts

Every model bloon makes is a draft, generated by software from your description. It is not a production-approved kit and it has not been reviewed by the LEGO Group or by a safety laboratory. Before a set is packed we check that the parts exist and fit, and we do a physical trial build, but we cannot promise that a draft is sturdy, looks exactly like the picture, or suits a particular age.

Renderings, previews, part counts, and prices shown before an order is confirmed are estimates and can change when we check real stock.

3. Accounts and who can use bloon

Accounts are for adults and for teens who are at least 13 years old. Younger children are welcome to build with bloon, but only together with a parent or guardian who holds the account, sits with them, and gives permission.

• When you sign in for the first time we ask who is building: a grown-up, or a child with their grown-up. Answer honestly.
• If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for what is done with your account, including ideas that are typed in and orders that are placed.
• Keep your sign-in private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Sign-in uses your Google account; Google’s terms apply to that account itself.

4. What you can ask bloon to build

bloon is a place for kids and families, so everything on it has to be safe for a child to see.

• Describe things, places, creatures, and stories. Do not describe violence, weapons meant to hurt people, hate, sexual content, drugs, or anything else that would not belong in a children’s toy shop.
• Do not put personal details in an idea: no full names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, or photos of real people. Your idea is sent to an AI model to be interpreted, and it may be shown to people who help us check designs.
• Do not ask for copies of trademarked characters, logos, or existing branded sets. We build original models.
• Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer bloon, or use it to build anything for resale.

Ideas and generated pictures pass through automated moderation. Moderation may block an idea, and a person may review a blocked or flagged one. If we get it wrong, tell us and we will look again.

5. Orders, prices, and delivery

• Prices. An order shows the parts, handling, and shipping separately, plus any tax we must collect, before you pay. The parts price is worked out for your exact parts list and held for 48 hours once you see it, so the number you review is the number you pay.
• Estimates. Delivery dates are estimates. Sourcing hundreds of individual elements can take longer than planned; we will tell you if an order is running late.
• Trial build. Before we ship, we build your set once by hand to check the instructions. If the build fails we will repair the design, offer a revision, or cancel and refund the order. We will not ship a set we could not build.
• Payment. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time before you pay. After payment, you can cancel for a full refund until we begin gathering parts; after that we can refund the parts we have not yet bought and the shipping.
• Refunds and problems. If a set arrives damaged, with missing pieces, or not matching its instructions, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will send replacement parts or refund the order. Sets are custom made, so we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind once packing has started.

6. Your idea, our compiler

You own your idea and the words you type. You also own the physical set once it arrives.

The model, instructions, part list, and pictures bloon generates are made by our software from your idea. You may use them for yourself and your family, print them, share them, and build them as many times as you like. We keep a licence to store and show them to you and to make and ship your order.

To make the compiler better we may reuse anonymized geometry: the shapes, part choices, and connection patterns of generated models, with your account, your words, and any pictures removed. We do not sell your idea or use it in marketing without asking.

AI-generated content can resemble things other people have made. We do not claim exclusive rights over a design, and you should not either.

7. Changes to bloon

bloon is new and changes often. Features may be added, altered, or removed, and daily limits may change. We will keep your saved designs and orders available, or give you notice and a way to download them before anything is removed.

8. What we do not promise

We provide bloon “as is”. Except for the order commitments in section 5 and any rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived, we do not make promises about accuracy of generated designs, availability of the service, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, bloon’s total liability for any claim connected to the service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, or, if there was no order, 50 US dollars. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, lost data you did not download, or lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says cannot be limited. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights apply in full.

10. Small parts

Building sets contain small parts and are a choking hazard for children under 3. Sets are intended for ages 6 and up with a grown-up nearby. Keep loose elements away from babies and pets.

11. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top and, for anything meaningful, tell account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use bloon after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can delete your account from the Account page.

12. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. Disputes are settled in the courts of that state unless your local law gives you the right to go to court where you live.

Draft for review. Company name, registered address, governing law, and the refund windows must be confirmed by counsel before launch.
